We are one of the few companies that produce medallion patterns in Turkey.
Preliminary preparation of medallion patterns is a time-consuming and exacting process.
The team working in this process should be have a very good command of the program used.
This is not enough, sculptor should use his hand tools in virtual platform with the same master ship just as he does in natural platform. Surface smoothness values of medallions are very important.
Precision values in surface textures should be within the range of 0.005 and 0.01 so that desired result could be achieved. Therefore, it is required precise and high speed cnc machines.
The machines we use are cnc machines with 30,000 speed having high processing speeds.
